Who can I call if I have questions about paying my bill?

For billing assistance, call your statement provider's toll-free support line. You can find the name of your statement provider in the "remit payment to" section of your statement.

Can I apply for financial assistance?

UC Irvine Medical Center has discount payment and charity care policies.

Persons who do not have insurance or have inadequate insurance and meet certain criteria for low- and moderate-incomes may be eligible for state or federal program or may qualify for discounted payment or charity care.
