To understand how a mother's emotional state in pregnancy affects her biology before and after eating a meal.
You may participate in this student if you are female, pregnant, Hispanic, between ages 18 and 40, a non-smoker and non-diabetic.
Two 3-hour visits in two weeks.
There are no direct benefits to participants, but this study will advance scientific understanding of how maternal emotional states in pregnancy can affect biological processes that could have implications for the developing baby.
$100 per visit.
