Take time to take care of you. Tanya Brown, community liaison and VITAS Healthcare presenter, and other expert guest presenters offer self-care strategies for caregivers, healthcare professionals and the community.

This program is designed to help anyone faced with the demands of caregiving in their personal or professional lives. During the intimate, interactive and experiential monthly series, we will guide you through self-care techniques and strategies to achieve your optimal well-being.
