Acupressure for Labor Pain and After Delivery Care: integrative, non-pharmacologic approaches to care

Acupressure can be used to support labor pain, breastfeeding and to promote the overall health and wellness of a new mom during the first days after birth.

Join us for a 60-minute instructor led-group (Zoom) acupressure class designed by an experienced licensed acupuncturist from the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute to teach pregnant mothers and their labor partner(s) about how to apply acupressure during labor and after delivery. The course will also provide information about integrative post-partum care.

The program is taught by one of two instructors, Mariko Horie LAc, DAOM and Heather Rice LAc.
