Meditation for Health (4-class series)

This class introduces the art of meditation while discussing the various types and styles of meditation. This program will help you learn how meditation can help promote good health and a better quality of life. No special clothing or equipment is required.

This four-part series is offered quarterly:

  • March 5, 12, 19 and 26
  • June 4, 11, 18 and 25
  • Sept. 10, 17, 24 and Oct. 1
  • Nov. 5, 19, 26 and Dec. 3
