This class introduces the art of meditation while discussing the various types and styles of meditation. This program will help you learn how meditation can help promote good health and a better quality of life. No special clothing or equipment is required.
This four-part series is offered quarterly on the following dates:
- March 4, 11, 18 and 25
- June 3, 10, 17 and 24
- Sept. 9, 16, 23 and 30
- Oct. 28, Nov. 4, 18 and 25
Cost is free to attend. There is a small fee for validated parking at UC Irvine Medical Center.
