Worry and anxiety plague today’s youth. As a result, parents are often swept up in the distress and feel frustrated, confused and helpless when best intentioned strategies to reassure, control or avoid do not work.
Join us for a morning of mindfulness practice, discussion and skill building based on recent findings in neurobiology that parents can use to empower children (and themselves) to navigate difficult emotions and become more resilient while enhancing the parent-child bond.
