Mindfulness is the first step in emotional healing—being able to turn inward and acknowledge our difficult thoughts and feelings with a spirit of openness and curiosity. Research has shown that self-compassion greatly enhances emotional well-being by boosting happiness and reducing anxiety and depression. This course combines both skill sets to provide a powerful tool for emotional resilience.
