Dr. Elizabeth Dineen is a board-certified UCI Health cardiologist who specializes in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease. Her clinical interests include integrative cardiology, preventive cardiology, sports and exercise heart care, as well as cardiopulmonary exercise testing.
She earned her medical degree at A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo. She completed an internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, Calif.
Dineen is board certified in cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and internal medicine. She is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and serves on its Sports and Exercise Committee. She also is an active member of the American Heart Association.
She sees patients at UCI Health Cardiovascular Center in Orange, UCI Health — Newport Beach and UCI Health — Laguna Hills.
