Dr. Khanh-Van Le-Bucklin is a UCI Health pediatrician who leads medical education as vice dean for the UCI School of Medicine. She also serves as associate vice chancellor for education within the Susan and Henry Samueli College of Health Sciences.
Le-Bucklin earned her medical degree from UC San Francisco, and completed both an internship and residency in pediatrics at Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif. She also received a master's degree in education at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md.
Le-Bucklin was recently appointed to the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), the accrediting body for medical education programs leading to the MD degree in the United States and Canada. She also is chair-elect for the
Governing Council of the American Medical Association (AMA) Academic Physicians Section (APS).
