This class introduces the art of meditation while discussing the various types and styles of meditation. This program will help you learn how meditation can help promote good health and a better quality of life. No special clothing or equipment is required.
This four-part series is offered quarterly on the following dates:
- March 1, 8, 15 and 22
- June 7, 14, 21 and 28
- Sept. 13, 20, 27 and Oct. 4
- Nov. 1, 8, 15 and 22
