This class introduces the art of meditation while discussing the various types and styles of meditation. This program will help you learn how meditation can help promote good health and a better quality of life. No special clothing or equipment is required.
This four-part series is offered quarterly on the following dates:
- March 2, 9, 16 and 23
- June 1, 8, 15 and 22
- Sept. 14, 21, 28 and Oct. 5
- Nov. 2, 9, 16 and 23
