Dr. May T. Cho is a board-certified UCI Health medical oncologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies, including esophageal, gastric, pancreatic, liver and colorectal cancers.
Cho earned a medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tenn. She completed an internal medicine residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo., followed by a fellowship in hematology-oncology at City of Hope in Duarte, Calif.
She is the author or co-author of numerous publications in peer-reviewed medical journals.
Cho is a strong advocate for providing patients with comprehensive care, including mutational profiling, regional therapies, clinical trials and supportive care.
She sees patients at the UCI Health Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center in Orange.
