Dr. Cary Johnson is a board-certified UCI Health pathologist who specializes in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal and liver diseases as well as malignancies in the other visceral organs.
Johnson earned his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and a fellowship in gastrointestinal and liver pathology, both at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Johnson has published several papers and served as the director of anatomic pathology and associate program director at Mount Sinai West Hospital, formerly known as Roosevelt Hospital, in New York City.
