Dr. Bindu K. Swaroop is an internist who specializes in adult medicine at UC Irvine Medical Center. A member of the UC Irvine School of Medicine's Hospitalist Program, Swaroop is among a team of physicians who manage the clinical care of hospitalized patients throughout their stay.

Swaroop also directs the internal medicine residency training program for the School of Medicine. Her research interests include medical education and high-value care.

Swaroop attended medical school at St. George's University in Grenada. She completed her residency training at the UCLA-VA West Los Angeles Medical Center. She received her undergraduate degree in molecular and cell biology at the University of California, Berkeley.
