Dr. Marvin M. Singh is a board-certified gastroenterologist who specializes in an integrative, personalized approach to the diagnosis and treatment of disorders and diseases of the gut. He serves as director of integrative gastroenterology at the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute, which is part of UCI Health.
Singh earned his medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Va. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, Mich., followed by a gastroenterology/hepatology fellowship at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines in La Jolla, Calif. He also completed a fellowship in integrative medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine in Tucson, Ariz.
Singh is a published author and speaker, and an editor of Integrative Gastroenterology. He is the founder of Prescisone Clinic in Encinitas, Calif., and is affiliated with Genesis Healthcare Partners in San Diego County. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Integrative Medicine.
