Dr. Nataliya Mar is UC Irvine medical oncologist who specializes in hematology and medical oncology. Her clinical and research special interests include genitourinary malignancies including prostate, bladder, renal, and testicular cancer.
Mar received her medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York City, N.Y. where she also completed a residency in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital. Mar then completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at University of Connecticut Health Center, Farmington, Conn.
In addition to delivering patient care, Mar is involved in the design and execution of clinical trials at the UC Irvine National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. She has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals related to her work.
