Your ability to send messages will temporarily change while we move to the new MyChart. Please review the schedule below:

    • Dec. 1–4, 2025:
You can still send new messages to your care team, but only through the MyChart Archive.
      Log in at: my-archive.ucihealth.org

    • Dec. 4–5, 2025:
      Messaging will be read-only.
You will NOT be able to send new messages during this time.

    • Starting Dec. 6, 2025:
Messaging will be fully restored in the new MyChart.
      Log in at: my.ucihealth.org

Important: older message threads will be view-only. To contact your care team, start a new message.

What’s new

The upgraded MyChart makes it easier to:

  • View your medical records including past visits, medications, allergies, and immunizations
  • Schedule appointments and find care
  • Request prescription refills
  • Send secure messages to your care team for non-urgent needs
  • See test results as soon as they’re available
  • View and pay bills in one place

This improvement will ensure that you have all the necessary information at your fingertips.

What to expect

  1. Your login stays the same
Continue using my.ucihealth.org or the MyChart app with your current username and password.
If you used Face ID or Touch ID, you can re-enable it after your first sign-in under Account Settings.
If you're using the MyChart app, you'll need to add the new MyChart to your organizations list. Select Add Organization and search "uci health".
  2. You’ll see two UCI Health options
  • UCI Health (new): For current care—appointments, messages, results, and bills going forward.
  • Archive (previous): For older information and bills related to care before December 6, 2025. The Archive will remain available for about one year.

Please note:

  • Bills related to care received before Dec. 6, 2025, will appear in the archived MyChart.
  • Bills related to care received on or after Dec. 6, 2025, will appear in the new MyChart.
  1. Your past information is coming with you
Most of your clinical information and three years of past MyChart messages will move to the new system. Older message threads will be read-only. To contact your care team, start a new message.

New to MyChart?

There are three ways to create your UCI Health MyChart account.

  1. Activate your account
If you received a message from UCI Health inviting you to activate your MyChart, you can create your account using our instant activation link. If you did not receive an activation link, you can still request an activation code or contact your clinic for assistance.

  2. At your next visit
Ask your care team to help you sign up. They can register you for a MyChart account during your visit or give you an activation code to use at home.
  3. Use self sign-up to receive an activation code
  • Go to my.ucihealth.org and select “Sign up.”
  • Under “No Activation Code?”, choose “Sign up with your information.”
