Plant-Based Cooking Workshop Series

This virtual Plant-Based Cooking Workshop Series is for anyone interested in learning how to adapt plant-based cooking and eating into your routine. We will start each session with a mini lecture from one of our doctors from different specialties (about 15-20 minutes), then move into a cooking demo with a complementary recipe to the guest speaker’s topic. There will be opportunities for questions and answers, fun facts, and conversations throughout the session.

When you register, we will email you the grocery list for the recipe to cook-along from home, educational handouts on the topic of the session, and the Zoom link to join online.

As many of our faculty do not have their schedule for the second half of the year yet, we will update all people that register for the series with an updated schedule as we secure dates/times for each session.
