The website is maintained by University of California, Irvine. The information that is provided on this site is a
true and accurate reflection of our credentialing software program and is updated by an individual within the
Credentialing Department at UCI Health on an as-needed basis, but at least monthly, following the
governing body meeting. UC Irvine requires that any/all information on the website shall not be edited or altered in
any way by anyone other than individuals in the Credentialing Department at UCI Health
