Sheng Li is a UCI Health acupuncturist with the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute who is trained in traditional Chinese medicine.
Licensed by the state of California, Li uses acupuncture techniques to treat pain of all types, hypertension, depression, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, sinus problems, facial paralysis, neuropathy, tinnitus, gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, post-stroke rehabilitation and chemotherapy support.
Li graduated from China's Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a bachelor's of science degree in acupuncture and Tuina. He completed advanced training China Academy of Chinese Medical Science in Beijing, China. He later received a doctor of oriental medicine (OMD) degree from South Baylo University in Anaheim, Calif.
He is passionate about the use of acupuncture, herbal medicines and other traditional oriental therapies as alternative treatment options for your healthcare. He sees patients at the Samueli institute in Costa Mesa, at UCI Medical Center in Orange and at UCI Health — Yorba Linda.
