Dr. Andrew Nobe is a board-certified physician in both family medicine and sports medicine. He provides patient-centered general primary care and musculoskeletal care.
His clinical interests include preventative medicine, medical care for athletes of all ages, non-operative orthopedics and sports medicine, musculoskeletal procedures including ultrasound guided joint and tissue injections, and sports related concussion.
Nobe earned his medical degree from University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington, Vt. He completed his residency in family medicine at UCI School of Medicine and a fellowship in sports medicine at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center where he served as team physician for Cal State Long Beach, Cypress College, and Cabrillo High School.
Nobe has had a lifelong passion for sports and has worked professionally with athletes at all levels. He is currently a team physician with UC Irvine Athletics. As a physician, he has worked with professional action sports athletes with X Games and Vans, Olympians with World Taekwondo, athletes at the college, community college and high school levels, and weekend warriors with runDisney. He enjoys working with golfers and has a certification from the Titleist Performance Institute for sports specific care for golfers.
Nobe sees patients at UCI Medical Center, UCI Health Family Health Centers in Anaheim and Santa Ana, at Gottschalk Medical Plaze in Irvine and at UCI Health Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center in Costa Mesa.
