Moving from pediatric to adult care is an important step for people living with Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and other forms of IBD. This interactive event offers a chance to meet the UCI Health IBD care team, tour the clinic and learn how our specialists support young adults with comprehensive, personalized digestive health care.

What to expect
- Meet your care team: Connect with UCI Health gastroenterologists, colorectal surgeons, nurse navigators, health coaches and clinical staff who specialize in caring for people with inflammatory bowel disease.
- Interactive demonstrations: See endoscopy tools up close, including scopes, ultrasound technology and capsule endoscopy devices used to diagnose and monitor digestive conditions.
- Clinic tours: Walk through the clinic and procedure areas so you know what to expect at future appointments.
- On-site scheduling
- Insurance verification: Our staff can help verify insurance, register you in the UCI Health system and schedule your first adult gastroenterology appointment.
