About Us

The UCI Health Family Health Centers, with locations in Anaheim and Santa Ana, is the oldest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Orange County. Since 1985, we have trained medical students, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and residents in the areas of family medicine, pediatrics and obstetrics and gynecology. We are affiliated with UCI Health, UCI School of Medicine and the Sue & Bill Gross School of Nursing at UCI.

We have been recognized nationally for our ongoing improvement in diabetes management by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

At UCI Health Family Health Center — Anaheim, our goal is to improve the health and well-being of our patients by providing high-quality, accessible and comprehensive primary care to every member of the family, from newborns and children to teens and older adults. We have a long-standing history of delivering innovative care through group medical visits and providing integrative health therapies and treatments, including acupuncture and mindfulness training programs, as well as a teaching kitchen. It takes an extraordinary team to provide this level of care.
