UCI Health is committed to providing inclusive, equitable and compassionate care to our LGBTQ+ community. 

All UCI Health physicians care for all patients equitably. However, some providers have a particular interest or expertise in caring for members of the LGBTQ+ community and have been designated with a rainbow champion flag on their profile:

Champions are well-versed in LGBTQ+ health topics, ranging from gender-affirming surgery and hormone therapy, to the importance of pronouns and privacy. LGBTQ+ patients who choose a champion-designated physician can rest easy knowing the care they receive will be sensitive to their unique needs. LGBTQ+ health is diverse, meaning you'll find champions in all areas of the UCI Health system, including, but not limited to:
