UCI Health is the clinical arm of the University of California, Irvine and serves as the only academic health system in Orange County.

UCI Medical Center in Orange
Our flagship hospital, UCI Health — Orange, is a 459-bed acute care hospital located in the heart of Orange. It is the primary teaching hospital for the UC Irvine School of Medicine.
UCI Health — Orange is the county’s only Level 1 trauma center, Level II pediatric trauma center and high-risk perinatal neonatal program.
The medical center provides comprehensive care, including:
- Outpatient care
- Emergency care
- Specialty care, including our comprehensive cancer center, digestive health institute, burn center and more
- Behavioral health services
- Physical rehabilitation services
