Julio P. Duarte, MD
Anesthesiology
Dr. Julio P. Duarte is a board-certified UCI Health anesthesiologist.
He earned both a bachelor degree in computer science (1995) and a doctorate in medicine (2004) from the University of California, Irvine. He completed a surgical internship and anesthesiology residency at the University of California, Los Angeles, serving as Chief Resident before finishing his training in 2008.
Duarte was previously in private practice serving the Orange County community, where he served as both Chief of Anesthesia and Chief of Staff, bringing extensive clinical expertise and physician leadership experience back to UCI Health.
