Dr. Miriam R. Smetak is a UCI Health otolaryngologist and neurotologist.
She earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. She completed a residency in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, followed by a fellowship in neurotology at the Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital/St. Louis Children’s Hospital Consortium in St. Louis.
