Dr. Mohammed Shahait is an Assistant Professor of Urology at UCI Health with expertise in prostate cancer, robotic surgery and minimally invasive urologic procedures. He provides individualized care for patients with elevated PSA, prostate cancer and a wide range of urologic conditions, with particular specialization in prostate biopsy, active surveillance, and robotic-assisted prostate surgery. Shahait is committed to helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions that align with their personal values, goals and priorities.
In addition to his clinical practice, Shahait is actively engaged in research, surgical innovation and the education of future urologists.
