Omid Yazdanpanah, MD

Dr. Omid Yazdanpanah is a board-certified UCI Health medical oncologist who specializes in the treatment of genitourinary malignancies, including prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular cancers. His clinical interests include precision oncology, molecular profiling and clinical trial development for patients with early stage and advanced cancers.
He earned his medical degree from Kerman University of Medical Sciences and Health Services. He completed residency in internal medicine at Wayne State University, followed by a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the UC Irvine School of Medicine, where he also served as Chief Fellow.
He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and received the Conquer Cancer Foundation / ASCO Merit Award for his research in genitourinary oncology. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and advancing clinical research to improve outcomes for patients with cancer.
