She earned her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in Secunderabad, India. She completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, followed by fellowships in cytopathology at Geisinger Health System and genitourinary pathology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
