Christy L. Hom, PhD, is a board-certified UCI Health neuropsychologist and forensic psychologist who specializes in assessing and treating autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other neurological conditions.
Her clinical services also include assessing individuals with developmental disabilities who have experienced psychological, physical or medical trauma, as well as assessing children and adults who have suffered traumatic brain injuries.
Hom earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in health psychology at CHOC Children’s Hospital of Orange County. She also received forensic training in applied behavioral analysis at Johns Hopkins University's Kennedy Krieger Institute.
She sees patients at the UCI Health Neuropsychiatric Center in Orange.
