Dr. Saman S. Karimi is a board-certified UCI Health gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary pathologist.

She earned her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Illinois at Chicago, followed by a fellowship in gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary pathology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore.
