Dr. Miki T. Purnell is a board-certified UCI Health physician who specializes in family and integrative medicine. Her clinical interests include integrative medicine, lifestyle medicine and precision medicine personalized for each individual.
She earned her medical degree at Okayama University Medical School in Okayama, Japan. She completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Hawaii's John A. Burns School of Medicine. She also has received additional training in acupuncture, functional medicine and yoga instruction.
Purnell, who is fluent in Japanese, sees patients in Irvine and Newport Beach.
