Join us for a Tai Chi class designed with you in mind! As we age, maintaining balance and preventing falls becomes increasingly important. Tai Chi offers a gentle yet effective way to improve your balance and enhance your overall well-being

This virtual class focuses on dynamic stretching and movement, helping to strengthen your leg muscles and improve your posture. With regular practice, Tai Chi can boost your mobility, reduce the risk of falls and alleviate the fear of falling.

We invite you to take this step towards a safer and more confident you. Come and experience the benefits of Tai Chi in a supportive and welcoming environment. 

Virtual class: Tuesdays from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. 
In-person: The first Tuesday of every month from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Cost is free to attend. 

What is Tai Chi?

  • A form of martial arts, it originated in China thousands of years ago. 
  • Characterized as a graceful exercise that's now used for stress reduction and other health conditions, it has been shown to improve muscle strength, flexibility and balance.
  • It's frequently described as "meditation in motion."
  • It promotes mind-body connection through gentle and flowing movements.
  • All ages can practice Tai Chi.
