Administrative Internship 2024
Exposure, experience and engagement
The UCI Health Administrative Internship Program is a 12-week experience that aims to develop graduate students with an interest in healthcare administration as future healthcare leaders through immersion in an academic health system.
Departments across the organization will host interns, providing them with hands-on and action-oriented projects to lead and contribute to. In addition to department-based projects, interns will be able to contribute to organizational goals, participate in learning and development sessions with their cohort and hospital leadership, join networking opportunities and engage in community initiatives.

Timeline
- Application window: Monday, Dec. 18, 2023 – Friday, Jan. 19, 2024
- Informational webinar: Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2024
- Administrative Internship Program: Monday, May 20th– Aug.19, 2024
Required qualifications
Graduate-level students interested in healthcare administration and currently enrolled in or admitted to an academic program (MHA, MPH, MBA or other closely related degree).

To be considered for the UCI Health Administrative Internship Program, please complete an online application through the UCI Health Careers Website. Applications will require the documents listed below:

- Cover letter addressing your interest in the Administrative Internship Program at UCI Health. Please list your top three departments of interest. UCI Health will make best efforts to align your interests with our opportunities.
