Donate blood to UCI Health and get Angels tickets
Donations accepted at four drives throughout June at Angels Stadium

UCI Health and Angels Baseball are partnering in a series of blood drives at Angel Stadium throughout June to increase the supply for people in need at Orange County’s only Level I trauma center and Level II pediatric trauma center.
Donors will receive vouchers that can be exchanged at the stadium box office for two tickets to a future Angels game, valid while supplies last.
UC Irvine Medical Center is Orange County's annually treats more than half of the county’s trauma victims and transfuses approximately 1,000 units of blood to our patients each month. These blood drives will help meet the needs of the patients at the UC Irvine Medical Center during the summer months when blood shortages often occur. On donation days, UC Irvine’s blood mobile will be parked near the stadium ticket office and the giant red Angels helmets.
Donors must be at least 17 years old and may give blood only once every 56 days. They should be prepared to spend 45 minutes or so at the stadium on the day they donate.
Blood drives take place in the UCI Health blood mobile near the stadium ticket office and the giant red Angels caps from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates:
- Friday, June 5
- Thursday, June 11
- Friday, June 19
- Thursday, June 25
Appointments are limited and must be made online at https://www1.ucirvinehealth.org/BloodDrive/
Complete the online form with a valid email address and submit it. Please check back again for additional dates, which are added as current donation days fill up.
After donating blood, participants can walk to the ticket booth and exchange their vouchers for game tickets. The Angels have set aside certain sections from which to choose seats. The box office is open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday when the Angels are out of town or not playing, and until the seventh inning on game days.

In addition to the blood drive dates at Angel stadium, you can donate at the UC Irvine Medical Center Blood Donor Center in Orange or the UC Irvine Campus Blood Donor Center, located in the student center on the university campus in Irvine.
Angels vouchers to select games will be given out to donors at both donor centers throughout the summer while supplies last.
