Radiation oncology services
UCI Health offers a multidisciplinary team of radiation oncology specialists, including medical physicists, certified radiation therapists and medical dosimetrists, all working with your medical and surgical oncologist to ensure your care is efficient, compassionate and comfortable.
Noninvasive external radiation therapy treatments include:
- IMRT (intensity-modulated radiation therapy)
- IGRT (image-guided radiation therapy)
- SGRT (surface-guided radiation therapy)
Hematology/oncology services
We also offer board-certified UCI Health medical oncologists and hematologists who specialize in the comprehensive care of all cancer and hematologic (blood) conditions. They offer a thoughtful approach to care centered around you, while delivering evidence-based treatments.
