Childbirth Preparation (4-Week Series)

This 4-week series of weekly 2 hour classes is recommended for all first-time expecting parents, ideally during the seventh month of pregnancy. After attending the series you will better understand the labor and delivery experience, cesarean childbirth and the basics of infant care. The classes cover breathing and relaxation techniques with practice opportunities and the support role of the coach during the labor and delivery process.

This class series is free of charge to patients who are pre-registered to deliver at the hospital. Only one (1) partner is allowed to join the class. Registration is only required for the start date of each 4-week series.
