Dr. Sonia, Sehgal, director of the UCI Health Senior Health Center, lecture focuses on ways to prevent cognitive decline through mental stimulation, physical activity, healthy eating and social engagement.

April 27 – Managing knee pain: exploring non-surgical and surgical treatment options
Join pain medicine specialist Dr. Navid Alem and orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Ryan DiGiovanni as they discuss common causes of knee pain and the different approaches available for finding relief.
