If you are a member of an HMO, point-of-service (POS) or Medicare Advantage (MA) plan, in addition to the HMO plans accepted that are listed above, you may be treated at UCI Health when the following requirements are met:

• You are assigned to a medical group or independent practice association (IPA) that holds a contract with UCI Health.
• You receive a referral from your primary care physician and your medical group or IPA authorizes care by UCI Health.
