Orange, Calif. — Randolph Siwabessy, chief financial officer and senior vice president at UCI Health, has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of its 2025 CFOs to Know.

His profile reads, in part:

“Since joining in 2021, he has driven a 15% annual revenue increase and led transformative initiatives across financial planning, population health, value-based care and strategic acquisitions. Siwabessy played a key role in a four-hospital acquisition, forming the UCI Health Community Network.

He has also played a key role in the development of a new medical complex in Irvine, a $1.3 billion campus featuring the nation’s first all-electric acute care hospital.”


The hospital, UCI Health ― Irvine, opens in December.

Siwabessy’s role encompasses business and finance for one of the state’s largest academic health systems, its physician enterprise and the UC Irvine School of Medicine. He has held leadership roles in academic healthcare and finance throughout California for more than two decades.
