Our maternity program has consistently achieved excellent outcomes, including:
- 22% low-risk cesarean rate, among the lowest in the region and below the national goal of 24%
- 25% vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) rate, approximately twice the rate of many Orange County hospitals
- 3.3% episiotomy rate, significantly lower than historical regional averages
- Zero elective inductions before 39 weeks when not medically necessary
