If you are experiencing challenges, we encourage you to seek help. This is a confidential service, and getting proper help is the top priority.
Referring others
Referring a colleague helps protect patient care and the well-being of the UCI Medical Center community. If you are concerned about someone's well-being, anyone — including medical staff, residents, fellows or other team members — can refer a colleague. Your identity will remain anonymous in committee discussions.
Collect and provide documentation of any concerning event. Complete the appropriate referral form online.
