Radiologists save lives by locating and describing conditions with an array of technologies that enable physicians to treat patients with a better understanding of specific physical ailments or disorders. Surgeons also rely on radiologists to precisely locate a surgical site and to guide them through complex procedures.
Our collaborative UCI Health radiology team uses the most technologically advanced equipment to ensure an accurate diagnosis and, ultimately, better treatment for you. Our interventional radiologists also lead the way in offering minimally invasive, image-guided diagnosis and treatment, and often provide specialized services like women’s imaging, abdominal imaging and more.
We provide imaging and diagnostic services at UCI Medical Center, which is home to Orange County’s only Level I trauma center and primary stroke center. We also provide services at UCI Health locations throughout Orange County, including Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Tustin, Yorba Linda and Irvine — at both the Joe C. Wen & Family Center for Advanced Care and the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and Ambulatory Care building.

General X-rays do not need an appointment and are performed on a walk-in basis at UCI Medical Center in Orange, UCI Health — Tustin, UCI Health — Yorba Linda, and in Irvine at the Joe C. Wen & Family Center for Advanced Care and Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and Ambulatory Care building.
