UCI Health agrees to purchase Tenet Healthcare’s Pacific Coast Network

Pending regulatory approvals, acquisition will expand access to high-level care and innovation 

IN THE NEWS: UCI Health has entered into an agreement with Tenet Healthcare Corporation to acquire its Pacific Coast Network, which will become part of UCI Health.

Pending regulatory approvals, the transaction would bring four medical centers in Placentia, Fountain Valley, Los Alamitos and Lakewood, along with associated outpatient locations, into the academic health system.
