Our pediatric cardiologists are among the most highly trained in Orange County. They provide the best possible cardiac care to children, as well as to pregnant mothers whose fetus may be showing signs of a heart irregularity.  

Our state-of-the-art clinical care is focused on the prevention, management and treatment of both congenital and acquired heart disease in the fetus, newborn, child and adolescent. We also offer continuing treatment to adult patients with congenital heart disease.

Our physicians tailor diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for each patient's individual needs. Treatments include:

  • Our pediatric cardiology team strives to provide the best possible care for infants, children and adolescents with acquired or congenital heart disease, as well as adults with congenital heart disease.
  • We offer comprehensive outpatient and inpatient services, including collaborative care with the intensive care team in a dedicated cardiovascular intensive care unit.
  • We are accredited in echocardiography by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) for demonstrated excellence. The IAC seal means that we demonstrate a commitment to quality and meet nationally recognized standards for performing pediatric echocardiograms.
  • We have a strong educational program for patients and families and we offer complete cardiovascular care. We work closely with the pediatric cardiac surgeons at CHOC Children's.
  • We collaborate with pediatric intensivists — doctors who specialize in the care of children with serious illnesses — at the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at UCI Health Douglas Hospital, as well its Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The result for you is a comprehensive, collaborative approach to patient care.
