The UCI School of Medicine has a collaborative clinical affiliation with CHOC Children’s Hospital of Orange County to ensure that the children of Orange County have access to the highest quality, leading-edge care.
This strategic affiliation means that UCI faculty members provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric care and specialty services at CHOC in Orange. Faculty members also provide pediatric emergency, burn, trauma, neonatal intensive care, newborn nursery and psychiatric care at UCI Medical Center in Orange. The affiliation also gives pediatric patients greater access to clinical trials and other comprehensive clinical care.
In addition, UCI Health pediatricians also provide primary care services at UCI Health Gottschalk Medical Plaza in Irvine, at UCI Health Family Health Centers in Anaheim and Santa Ana, and at UCI Health — Tustin.
