Schedule a primary care appointment

Are you a new UCI Health patient? Schedule an appointment online today. 

Select your age group, then an appointment time. Our primary care physicians specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric care or senior health. You can filter by provider and location. Complete the form, then confirm your appointment.

Please note: This scheduling option works best for patients who are new to UCI Health and have an insurance plan that allows them to choose their own primary care provider. If you're unsure about coverage, contact your insurance provider. A facility fee may apply at certain locations.
